Our brethren, Taking Back August, have just released a video for their latest single, 'Another Day to Live'.
Working on this one was far from a smooth ride due to the crazy number of deadlines, but it was definitely worth it in the end.

P.S. Preproduction is almost done for a few more songs on the upcoming album and, rest assured, it's going to be out of this world!

Probabil sunteti deja la curent cu successul EP-ului "The Devil’s Crown", dar acest post este despre alt album metal la care am lucrat in 2021 si de care suntem deosebit de incantati.
Albumul “Light Flows through Stigmata” al trupei Sâmbăta Morților a ajuns, conform Let’s Rock Romania, pe locul 5 in topul celor mai apreciate albume metal romanesti din 2021.
O performanta, zicem noi, avand in vedere ca pe locul 2 sunt clasati legendarii Dordeduh cu un album mixat de la fel de legendarul Jens Bogren.
Dorim pe aceasta cale sa-l felicitam pe Mihai pentru nivelul epic de compozitie, dar si pentru atentia deosebita la detalii si modul organizat de lucru.
Bravo, Mihai! Asteptam cu nerabdare award-urile pentru urmatoarele materiale cu Sâmbăta Morților (si nu numai)!

While you might already be aware of the success of "The Devil's Crown" EP, this post is about another metal album we worked on in 2021 that we're particularly excited about.
The album "Light Flows through Stigmata" by the band Sâmbăta Morților was ranked, according to Let's Rock Romania, as the 5th most appreciated romanian metal album of 2021.
We think this is an outstanding achievement considering that the renowed Dordeduh, with an album mixed by the legendary Jens Bogren, are ranked as 2nd.
We'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mihai for his epic level of songwriting, but also for his attention to detail and organised way of working.
Well done, Mihai! We look forward to the future awards with Sâmbăta Morților.

2021 a fost un an plin de emotie, realizari, maxime, dar si minime.
D**a numeroase single-uri, 4 albume si peste 30 de materiale voiceover realizate anul acesta, dorim sa ne exprimam recunostinta fata de clientii nostri printre care Echo.ro, Taking Back August, Sâmbăta Morților, NORD, Contraband X (in ordine total aleatorie).
Suntem deosebit de nerabdatori sa incepem anul 2022, atat cu forte proaspete, cat si cu studio-ul renovat si tratat acustic de marele John Brandt.
La multi ani!

As an audio recording and production studio, we’re always pleased to know that we’ve been a significant link to an artist’s path to success.

Precup Alexandru Gabriel from the band Taking Back August is a perfect example after qualifying for the finals of the romanian talent show Superstar.
To support him, we’ve teamed up once again with Taking Back August and Hunted Artworkz to release an isolated vocal and synth stem from the song “The River” off their debut EP “The Devil’s Crown”.

While we’re always eager to help customers build intricate vocal arrangements, we’d be hard pressed to name someone as talented and hard working as Alexandru, who spent countless hours writing and adjusting his vocal parts together with us to reach vocal excellence.

Well done, Alex! You’ve earned our votes!

Ca studio de producție audio, suntem mereu multumiți să știm că am fost o componentă semnificativă în calea unui artist către succes.

Alexandru Gabriel din trupa Taking Back August este un exemplu perfect după calificarea în finala concursului Superstar.
Pentru a-l susține, am colaborat din nou cu Taking Back August și Hunted Artworkz pentru a lansa stem-ul izolat de voce si synth din piesa „The River” de pe EP-ul lor de debut „The Devil’s Crown”.

Deși suntem mereu dornici să ne ajutăm clienții să construiască aranjamente vocale complexe, ne-ar fi greu să numim pe cineva la fel de talentat și perseverent ca Alexandru, care a petrecut nenumărate ore scriind și modificându-și părțile vocale împreună cu noi pentru a atinge excelența vocală.

Even though the majority of the artists with whom we collaborate are embracing a heavy sound, on the opposite end we have The Groovy Bastards with a distinct fusion of jazz and funk.
We would like to introduce you the track "Rollercoaster", that you can find below, which demonstrates that the EQ, saturation and compression techniques are universal and surpass the music genres.

Desi majoritatea artistilor cu care colaboram urmaresc stiluri mai heavy, ii avem la polul opus pe The Groovy Bastards cu un fusion aparte de jazz si funk.

In case you were wondering, yes – it is possible!
It is possible to get professional results without a high budget for recording, if the stems are processed properly by an experienced mixing and mastering engineer, who can bring out all the unique features in a song.
The best example is NORD, that just released a new single – Calatorul.
Congrats for the track and we’re looking forward to start working on the next ones!

Este posbil sa obtineti rezultate profesionale fara un budget foarte mare de recording, daca trackurile sunt procesate de catre un inginer cu experienta in mixing si mastering, capabil sa evidentieze atuurile unei piese.
Cel mai bun exemplu este trupa NORD, care tocmai au scos un nou single – Calatorul.
