The ECSA - European Composer and Songwriter Alliance & Oticons - Film Music Composers Agency are happy to announce the winners of the open call for the "FILM MUSIC BUSINESS Mentoring for European Film Composers''.

After repeated and careful listening and contemplation, George Christopoulos, Founder and CEO of Oticons, determined that the winners of the Film Music Business Mentoring Award are Ioana Șelaru(Romania) and Thomas Foguenne (Belgium).

Congratulations!👏

The open call was the second of its kind. A total of 27 participants from 15 European countries shared their curriculum and an online private playlist of their compositions.

We would also like to highlight the quality of the applications received, and to congratulate all the other participants!

Outis Quartet in Parcul Natural Vacaresti. 9 octombrie!

Becoming Landscape – HARMONY OF DISASTER. Muzică experiment, un concert al naturii în Parcul Natural Văcărești

Luând ca reper istoria conflictuală a Parcului Natural Văcărești, doi compozitori de muzică contemporană au ales să valorifice acustica hibridă a acestui peisaj dominat de contraste, pentru a aduce publicul mai aproape de natură, prin arta sonoră. Diana Miron (vioară, violă, voce) și Laurențiu Coțac (contrabas, recordist) vor susține un concert live într-un mediu vegetal, alături de instrumentiștii din Outis Quartet (Francisco Miguel Ramonda și David Ursei – viori, Mihai Todoran – violă, Victor Sandu – violoncel) și doi perfomeri vocali (Marina Oprea, Oana Maria Zaharia). Spectacolul, intitulat “Harmony of Disaster”, este una dintre instanțele performative ale proiectului Becoming Landscape, o serie de intervenții culturale și dezbateri pe teme post și trans umaniste, pornind de la ideea hibridizării umanului cu tehnologia și natura.
