The storyteller
I started to take photos some years ago. I was leaning towards portrait and abstract photography, that would later-on define my style and type of photography. About three years ago the dog world opened to me. Call it a sign, call it destiny, I was paying attention.
I have polished my photo technique in dog shows. Fast movements, many frames per second, a lot of focus points. Then the excitement, the lack of time to grab a sandwich, “Group 1 at ring 5!”, stacking photos, gait movement, running, sore knees/hands/back. Late night(s) of photo editing thereafter. You don’t need any uppers for/after this!
I like dog shows. But I like more to tell stories. To reinvent them. To shot animals (with the camera, doh!) at large. Running wild. Free. Creative. The other side of photography is the landscape/abstract/architectural. Welcome to my world! Beware of the signs!
