We are open for business. It’s been an amazing journey building something from the ground up. We have big plans for the for the coming months and have started an amazing journey with some young, insanely talented artists and we cannot wait to share it with the world. Romania truly has some of the worlds greatest artists. We are building a space and a platform that’s different from the rest, a place where we aren’t bound by what’s “trending”. We are finding our own global tribe, those who like real music. Music that makes you feel, makes you, laugh, cry, dance, chill. This label is for those who still believe that Passion Matters. Andreea Manea
Artist Manager - A&R

Andreea Manea is the co-founder of Passionway Records, where she serves as the artist manager and lead A&R.

Andreea has a Bachelor of Science Degree In PR and Advertising from SNSPA University in Bucharest. In 2020 she received the prestigious International "Impresar Artistic" (Artist Management) Certification from The Romanian Ministry of Culture. She is also the PMO IT leader at "Garrett Advancing Motion".

With a background in PR, Corporate finance and 15 years experience in project management, Andreea brings a unique skill set to the music industry.

Born and raised in Bucharest, her passion for music and entertainment has been a part of her life from an early age.

Andreea is poised to use her skills to establish the label as a leading player in the music industry. She is dedicated to supporting and promoting emerging artists.

Dan Healy
Producer - Songwriter - Voice Coach - Entertainment Industry Mentor

As a founder of Passionway Records, Dan serves as the lead producer, songwriter and Entertainment Industry Mentor. He brings his expertise to the label. Signed as a staff writer for Concord Publishing. in 2016 his songwriting credits include contributions to Ronan Keating's albums "Time of My Life" and "2020" and "Songs From Home". Dan has a yet to be realeased track co written with Lewis Capaldi.

Dan has played guitar & sang backing vocals on stage with Ronan Keating, Boyzone, Rick Astley, Anastasia, Billy Ocean & Ed Sheeran. As a writer and producer, Dan has collaborated with Peter Vetesse (Sia, Annie Lennox), Stuart McCredie (The Fratellis, Kelly Clarkson), Paul Stacey (The High Flying Birds, Tom Jones), Paul Barry & Mark Taylor (Sher, Enruiqe Iglesias).

Dan has also written and produced for numerous Romanian artists, including Ioana Ignat, Fcharm, Elena Gheorghe, Maia Malancus and Alexandra Ungureanu.

In addition to his musical career, Dan is also an accomplished actor. He studied at "The Academy Of Live And Recorded Arts" Dan went on to specialise in 'voice' with Maureen Scott & Mary Hammond.
