Interviews can feel nerve-wracking, but with a little preparation, you can walk in (or log in) with confidence. Whether you’re meeting with us or another company, here are some tips to help you leave a great impression:

1️⃣ DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Check out the company’s website, learn about their products, and come prepared with thoughtful questions. It shows genuine interest and sets you apart.

2️⃣ CHOOSE THE RIGHT SETUP. Joining from a PC or laptop in a quiet, well-lit space shows you’re taking it seriously. Avoid places like the street or your car (yes, it happend… 😅).

3️⃣ DRESS THE PART. You don’t need a suit, but ditch the pajamas - it’s about showing effort and professionalism.

4️⃣ BE CLEAR AND SPECIFIC. Use examples to explain your experience. Think: context, action, and result - it’s the magic formula for great answers.

5️⃣ STAY RELAXED AND POSITIVE. Remember, interviewers are people too. Approach it like a conversation, not a test.

We are absolutely humbled and, at the same time, overwhelmed by the response to our Customer Service job openings at HKR.

There are several thousand applications, out of which, a more significant percentage than usual, are candidates that would fit very well within our existing team.
The current hiring process took under a week to find the right candidates, and out of respect for future applicants, we have decided to halt the job ad on eJobs.ro way in advance.
