🌿 A Michelin Bib Gourmand winner for 2025, Terruja is more than a restaurant — it's a journey into the heart of the Portuguese countryside. Chef Diogo Caetano brings together local roots and New Nordic finesse in a nine-course tasting menu that honors nature and place. Terruja is in Serra de Aire e Candeeiros an hour and a half north of Lisbon.
