It has one of the best water supplies of the region, with a beautiful stone well and a pond that dont dry during the same, so abundant that even neighbours borrow water from them! ( With permission 🤠)
If you prefer not to live off grid, mains water and electricity are already there, including the south building and the workshop, already have basic electricity connected to them.
Access are very good, off a tarmac road. Any sort of big vehicles for delivery of materials, shipping containers... Could be easily put in place.
This place was the home for many years to a community group and will be serving a perfect purpose for community sharing, a few families buying together.
