Friday at lockdown (eternal looping🌀🌀🌀🌀)
and the only thing we have to do besides go crazy is to cook.
This recipe is so wonderful that I had to share it with you! For me, there is no better combination in the world than sweet and salty, and this combination of red wine risotto with grapes and gorgonzola cheese is too good!
I'll tell you that if you want to also substitute red wine for white wine, you can use green apples and Brie cheese, which also looks great!
There in the middle there is the Parma farofinha trick that melts the hearts of those who love a crunchy, or as they say here in Portugal, crispy.
Come on, let me say what I put there:
Arboreal rice
Vegetable broth
Purple Onion
Red wine
Purple grapes (seedless)
Gorgonzola
Parmesan cheese or grana padano
Parma ham
Salt / pepper
- they usually end with butter but I chose not to put it, cooking is like everyone likes it! No personal frills!
It was delicious !! It's a pretty cool way to spend the weekend, isn't it ?!
