I would like to introduce the one shot Guided Tour.

This video is shot with a small drone in a single take and allows a property or venue to be showcased like never before. Scripts and direction for moving pieces i.e. (people, cars, doors) can also be achieved.

A little bit about the service I offer:

Shoot time 30 mins or less for an typical 4 bed stand-alone Villa.

4k 60fps image quality. (Video can be slowed down by up to 50%)

The video is shot in a wide angle, 4/3 aspect ratio. This allows for easy cropping to either the standard 16/9 for YouTube video or 9/16 for social media platforms, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts etc.

One shot FPV style videos have been trending on social media platforms and the like, allowing for a greater reach and excellent promotional value.

Saved valuable time by attracting more ‘qualified’ leads to a property.
