Our idea was a dream and became a reality hugging the sky .... It is enough to cling to everyone who needs to stand again.

Association for Development and Rehabilitation (Awdeh) Cultural and social non-profit association Association for development and Rehabilitation ‘Awdeh" was established in 24/9/2019 in the city of Nablus in the new askar camp , it contain a group of youth (Male/female) ,and according to its inner system it aims to :
1_ Changing

family and social views towards people with special needs and integrating them into the local community.
2_ Work on developing cultural, creative and sporting capabilities of the targeted groups.
3_ Improving the cultural, health and social level of women. The idea of establishing this association was born as a result of great suffering neglect of the youth category in the camp ,Also, the severe shortage in providing the needs of this category, and the development of their cultural, political and social capabilities ,Providing a youth exchange program for them internally and externally and developing their volunteering spirit to serve their community. The most important programs that " Awdeh" association will working on :

1_ Language education program for the targeted categories.

2_ Internal and external youth exchange program.

3_ Program revive the Palestinian memory and deepen the concept of the right of return.

4_ The program of training courses in all areas of life, especially programs that develop the capabilities of the target categories.

5_ Work in all ways to provide an income-generating project to help the association to continue its programs.

6_ Program for people with special needs and their integration into the local community.

7_ Program of communication with local and foreign institutions to establish joint programs on various topics.

8_ Sports program for all in order to combat all negative phenomena in the local community.

9_ The National Industries Program, and its presentation and marketing locally and internationally. Awdeh, through its future plan, hopes to succeed through its domestic and international relations to establishing a production project aimed at covering the association's programs and helping target groups in providing permanent job opportunities, helping social cases, students, and those with special needs. One hand was not able to clap one day, but by combining both hands we can do that. In you, with you and for you, we plan, draw, make, to illuminate the coming tomorrow. Everything is difficult in its beginning, but in cooperation and cooperation we can take a thousand steps forward.

بمشاركة مجموعة من متطوعي جمعية "عودة" و على مدار ثلاثة أيام تدريبية في برنامج مسابقة تحدي الشباب البيئي
و تم عرض مبادرة تحت مسمى "إبرة و خيط" والتي تسعى الى جمع الاقمشة المتراكمة في مشاغل المفروشات والخياطة وتحويلها الى منتجات قابلة للاستعمال وتساعد في التقليل من الأضرار الناتجة عن هذه الاقمشة.

اختتمت مؤسسة شيم – شباب يصنع المستقبل يوم السبت 18 آذار 2023 تحدي الشباب البيئي في نابلس، حيث شارك ستة مراكز شبابية من نابلس، جنين، قلقيلة، وطولكرم، وتم عرض المبادرات البيئية التي تم تصميمها خلال فترة ثلاثة ايام وعرضها على لجنة تحكيم مكونة من السيدة رنان مظفر نائبة مدير مشروع المشاركة المدنية والمجتمعية، واستاذ محمد حميدي المختص البيئي، واستاذ محمود ابو عميرة مدير مشروع دعم الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لخلق فرص عمل للشباب والسيدات، واستاذ جورج كبتايس المدير العام مؤسسة شيم، و استاذ بلال الشيخ علي، رئيس قسم الانشطة و المتابعة في جامعة خضوري، والتي بدورها اختارت ثلاث فرق للفوز بجائزة الاحتضان بقيمة 2,000 دولار لفترة ثلاثة اشهر.

الفرق الثلاث الفائزة:

1. المركز الاول عن مبادرة "ازهار الارض" والتي هدفت الى استغلال المياه العادمة التي يتم إعادة تكريرها في محطة التنقية واستخدامها في ري المزروعات وتحديدا الورد بأنواعه المختلفة والتي لها أثر اقتصادي وبيئي إيجابي على أصحابها من خلال بيع الورد واستخدامه للزينة وتنسيق المناسبات.

2. المركز الثاني: مبادرة "إبرة وخيط" والتي تسعى الى جمع الاقمشة المتراكمة في مشاغل المفروشات والخياطة وتحويلها الى منتجات قابلة للاستعمال وتساعد في التقليل من الاضرار الناتجة عن هذه الاقمشة.

3. المركز الثالث: مبادرة "أطفالنا بخطى بيئية نظيفة" والتي تهدف الى استغلال اطارات المركبات و العبوات و العلب و المشاتيح من خلال اعادة تدوير و تشكيل هذه الاطارات و الخشب و الحديد في مركز دار الأمل في رام الله واستغلالها في زراعة الورود والنباتات في مشتل دار الأمل.

المشروع ينفذ بالشراكة مع خدمات الإغاثة الكاثوليكية (CRS) ومنظمة صحة العائلة الدولية (FHI360) وبتمويل من الوكالة الامريكية للتنمية الدولية(USAID).

‏🎊 On March 18, 2023, the Environmental Youth Challenge was held in Nablus, where six youth centers from Nablus, Jenin, Qalqilya, and Tulkarem participated. Environmental initiatives that were designed over a period of three days were presented to a judging panel consisting of Ms. Ranan Muthaffar, Deputy Chief Of Party for Civic Participation and Community Engagement project, Mr. Mohammed Hamidi, Environmental Specialist, Mr. Mahmoud Abu Amira, the Programme Director of the Small and Medium Enterprise Support Project for Creating Job Opportunities for Youth and Women, Mr. George Kapataies, General Manager of Shiam organisation, and Mr. Bilal Alshaikh Ali, Director of Activities and Follow-up Department at Kadoorie University. Three teams were chosen to win the $2,000 Embrace Prize for a period of three months.

‏The three winning teams are:

‏1. First place: "Flowers Land" initiative, which aims to use treated wastewater from the purification plant for watering various types of roses. This has a positive economic and environmental impact on the owners of these roses by selling them and using them for decoration and events.

‏2. Second place: "Needle and Thread" initiative, which aims to collect accumulated fabrics in upholstery and sewing workshops and turn them into usable products that help reduce the damage resulting from these fabrics.

‏3. Third place: "Our Children with Clean Environmental Steps" initiative, which aims to recycle and reshape vehicle tires, containers, cans, and scrap metal at the Dar Al-Amal center in Ramallah and use them to grow roses and plants in a nursery.

‏The project is implemented in partnership with the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and the International Family Health Organization (FHI360) and funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

نظمت جمعية التنمية والتأهيل" عودة " اليوم الاحد زيارة لأطفال الجمعية الى نادي نابلس للفروسية ، و من خلال هذه الزيارة تعلم الاطفال قواعد ركوب الخيل و التعرف على انواع الخيول و كيفية التعامل معها و الرياضات المختلفة التي تقوم بها الخيول.
