Fact #4 about me ✨

My morning routine 🌅

I like starting my day off slowly so I can get to work focused. Which is why I set up most of my mornings as following:

1. Wake up 5-5:30am, wash my face and teeth, and drink a whole cup of water (8-10oz). Then my husband starts making coffee.

2. 5-10 minutes meditation

3. Read personalized affirmations (out loud! So they become real)

4. Visualize my dream board

5. Read a book (minimum 10 pages a day)

6. Exercise at least 7 minutes

7. Write down my thoughts on a journal/notebook

Then I start getting ready for work. I try my best doing these daily but we are not perfect and things don’t always go as we plan. 🙏🏻

💙 The man doesn’t know that there is a snake underneath. The woman doesn’t know that there is a stone crushing the man. The woman thinks: “I am going to fall! And I can’t climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can’t the man use a little more strength and pull me up!” The man thinks: “I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!?”

The moral is— you can’t see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in. This is life, whether it’s with work, family, feelings or friends, we should try to understand each other. Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better. A little thought and patience goes a long way. 💙

I was born with poliosis or most commonly know as mallen streak. It’s on the left side front part of my hair.

I have recently tried new hairstyles where it includes having full grey hair and dyed it pink (like the last two pictures).

It is believed I inherited from my great grandfather ❤️

Fact #2 About Me 🌟

One of the major things I’m grateful for in my life is overcoming Cancer. 🙏🏻 I had Linfoma Hodgkin Disease when I was 4 years old. I received chemotherapy and underwent 2 surgerys. 😷 23 years after, I find myself here 🙆🏽‍♀️ working more than ever in so many projects and seizing my second opportunity in life to help others with their life struggles. 🌿

🌟 My aspiration in life is to create a foundation that provides scholarships to those who have been or are cancer patients and full-time working students 🎓 that are trying to get a college degree but have these limitations.
