We are pleased to share another exterior 3d rendering for Credit Agricole Bank office building located in Arras (France).

The architectural concept of the building embodies a harmonious combination of modern design and functionality. The spacious entrance area with panoramic windows is a striking accent. The interiors of the building include comfortable office spaces, co-working and meeting rooms.

Special attention has been given to outdoor seating areas. Rooftop terraces will become places for business meetings and relaxation, offering spectacular views of the city and creating a sense of connection with nature.

3D visualizations capture the textures, lighting and atmosphere of the future building. Final 3d renderings allow the client to assess the appearance of the structure, its interaction with the environment and functional zoning.

The architectural project is a renovation of a small apartment building located in the picturesque town of Ponte Tresa, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The main challenge was to create photorealistic 3d renderings that convey the unique architectural style of the building, combining tradition and modernity.

Key elements:
Facade: The main focus is on a warm finish using natural materials typical of the region. The walls are finished in light-coloured plaster with added texture to emphasise the authenticity of the structure.
Wooden shutters: Original solid wood shutters add a cosy feel and maintain a connection to the historic character of the building.
Arched balcony: The centrepiece is the elegant arched balcony. Its shape emphasises the harmony between traditional and modern architecture.

Architectural 3d visualization helped to present in detail the future appearance of the reconstructed house. The architectural design is intended to emphasise the uniqueness of the house, making it attractive to both current and future residents.

This unique residential complex is located on the water, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape of Espoo (Finland). The project consists of three key elements:
• The main residential tower, serving as the visual centerpiece of the complex, features a modern design and well-thought-out architecture, offering residents panoramic views of the water.
• The pier, which connects the elements of the complex and provides a space for relaxation and leisurely walks.
• Floating homes, situated on the water, create an atmosphere of privacy and exclusivity, offering residents a unique living experience directly on the water.

To present the project, a photomontage 3D rendering was created based on a photo provided by the client (image 2). The original photo was of low quality and underwent significant enhancement. As a result, a realistic 3D image was produced, accurately conveying the concept and atmosphere of the future residential complex.

The project emphasizes the importance of integrating modern architectural solutions with the natural context, creating a space for comfortable living and harmonious interaction with the surrounding environment.

This 3d architectural visualization project involves the creation of four photorealistic exterior renderings for a conceptual architectural project designed by Belgian architectural bureau A*M in partnership with JAA Architects and ITA Engenharia.

The building complex, designed to house the headquarters of the state government of São Paulo, Brazil, combines office space, retail space, mixed-use facilities and common spaces for employees and visitors over 210,817 m² (or 2,269,215 ft²).

The building concept is based on advanced sustainable architecture principles such as Passive House standards, the pursuit of CO2 neutrality and the circular economy, with BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, LEED Platinum and FitWel 3 stars certifications, emphasising integration with nature and a regenerative approach to design.

Our 3d visualizations depict the unique architectural appearance of the complex, which aims to be an example of energy efficient and environmentally responsible construction in Brazil.
