We are pleased to present you our atmospheric exterior rendering for the project ‘Goemaere II’ (Brussels, Belgium).

The Goemaere II project is a renovation of an existing building. According to the architects' plan, the renovation will change its functional purpose: the building will be transformed from public to residential. The building has an area of 10,952 m². The architectural design is fully adapted to modern energy efficiency requirements (Passive House, CO2 neutral, Circular).

This 3d rendering presents a new design option for the building. The architectural visualization allows a more accurate assessment of the aesthetic qualities of the building and its interaction with its surroundings.

The 3d visualization was done for the Belgian architectural bureau A*M.

APOCALYPTIC PROJECT MARNIX - 3D VISUALIZATION OF THE FUTURE

Provisual.pro Studio presents a series of architectural 3D visualizations created for the Marnix project in Brussels, Belgium, designed by the A*M architectural bureau. These renderings go beyond traditional architectural representation – their goal is to depict the possible consequences of climate change and its impact on the urban environment.

The visualizations portray a dark yet plausible future where extreme weather conditions, rising water levels, and the destructive force of nature reshape the familiar cityscape. We aimed not only to capture the aesthetics of a post-apocalyptic scenario but also to convey a call for awareness about the importance of sustainable construction and environmental responsibility.

SERAING PROJECT

We are pleased to present to you our exterior rendering for the Seraing project.

Seraing is an architectural project to transform a former industrial site into a modern complex including an office building and production workshops. It is located in Liege, Belgium.

This project is characterised by a complex and original design and unique architecture. The building is finished with modern materials: the facades are made of transparent and sandblasted glass, complemented by Kingspan Microrib metal panels.

The architectural project Ott is a modern mixed-use created by Belgian architectural bureau A*M. It combines several functions: on the lower floors there is an open car park, above that there is office space, and on the upper levels there is a retirement home.

The facade of the building is decorated with coloured wooden panels, which gives the project a dynamic and ecological character, emphasising its integration into the environment. This combination of materials creates a visual play of shades and textures, enlivening the exterior of the building.

As part of our work on the 3d visualization of this project, we created an exterior rendering of a part of the complex. The 3d visualization conveys the architectural aesthetics and key design elements of the building, focusing on its multifunctional structure and expressive facade.

The modern architectural design for Monde Sauvage Safari Park in Belgium was created by the architectural bureau R9 Studio-Architectes. The concept of the architectural project aims to create a unique space that unites visitors with nature, while maintaining a balance between functionality and aesthetics. The park's architecture emphasises ecology and harmony with the environment, offering innovative solutions for human interaction with wildlife. The spaces of the park have been designed down to the smallest detail to provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience for visitors. This project embodies a modern approach to design, demonstrating the architects' skill in creating unique objects.

Our studio created 4 photorealistic renderings for this project: one atmospheric exterior rendering, two aerial views and one interior rendering. The work was done on a tight deadline, but maintaining our quality standards in order to capture the architectural concept and unique atmosphere of the object as accurately as possible.

KT-27 PROJECT

We are pleased to present you one of our largest and most ambitious architectural 3d visualization projects "KT-27".

The project includes the creation of high quality exterior and interior 3d renderings, 3d animations and VR-360°. The complex is located in Hong Kong, in a picturesque area with stunning views, which we tried to highlight in each 3d visualization.

KT-27 consists of two key parts: a high-rise residential building and a complex of modern townhouses. We made detailed 3d modelling of both objects, as well as part of the surrounding area, based on the provided drawings.

The architectural project is a renovation of a small apartment building located in the picturesque town of Ponte Tresa, on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The main challenge was to create photorealistic 3d renderings that convey the unique architectural style of the building, combining tradition and modernity.

Facade: The main focus is on a warm finish using natural materials typical of the region. The walls are finished in light-coloured plaster with added texture to emphasise the authenticity of the structure.
