The architectural project Ott is a modern mixed-use created by Belgian architectural bureau A*M. It combines several functions: on the lower floors there is an open car park, above that there is office space, and on the upper levels there is a retirement home.

The facade of the building is decorated with coloured wooden panels, which gives the project a dynamic and ecological character, emphasising its integration into the environment. This combination of materials creates a visual play of shades and textures, enlivening the exterior of the building.

As part of our work on the 3d visualization of this project, we created an exterior rendering of a part of the complex. The 3d visualization conveys the architectural aesthetics and key design elements of the building, focusing on its multifunctional structure and expressive facade.

The buildings consist of both residential spaces (apartments) and public areas (co-working spaces and retail). Various stores are located on the lower floors of the buildings. Special attention was paid to atmospheric and comfortable open public spaces.

The modern architectural design for Monde Sauvage Safari Park in Belgium was created by the architectural bureau R9 Studio-Architectes. The concept of the architectural project aims to create a unique space that unites visitors with nature, while maintaining a balance between functionality and aesthetics. The park's architecture emphasises ecology and harmony with the environment, offering innovative solutions for human interaction with wildlife. The spaces of the park have been designed down to the smallest detail to provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience for visitors. This project embodies a modern approach to design, demonstrating the architects' skill in creating unique objects.

Our studio created 4 photorealistic renderings for this project: one atmospheric exterior rendering, two aerial views and one interior rendering. The work was done on a tight deadline, but maintaining our quality standards in order to capture the architectural concept and unique atmosphere of the object as accurately as possible.

KT-27 PROJECT

We are pleased to present you one of our largest and most ambitious architectural 3d visualization projects "KT-27".

The project includes the creation of high quality exterior and interior 3d renderings, 3d animations and VR-360°. The complex is located in Hong Kong, in a picturesque area with stunning views, which we tried to highlight in each 3d visualization.

KT-27 consists of two key parts: a high-rise residential building and a complex of modern townhouses. We made detailed 3d modelling of both objects, as well as part of the surrounding area, based on the provided drawings.

This unique residential complex is located on the water, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape of Espoo (Finland). The project consists of three key elements:
• The main residential tower, serving as the visual centerpiece of the complex, features a modern design and well-thought-out architecture, offering residents panoramic views of the water.
• The pier, which connects the elements of the complex and provides a space for relaxation and leisurely walks.
• Floating homes, situated on the water, create an atmosphere of privacy and exclusivity, offering residents a unique living experience directly on the water.

To present the project, a photomontage 3D rendering was created based on a photo provided by the client (image 2). The original photo was of low quality and underwent significant enhancement. As a result, a realistic 3D image was produced, accurately conveying the concept and atmosphere of the future residential complex.

The project emphasizes the importance of integrating modern architectural solutions with the natural context, creating a space for comfortable living and harmonious interaction with the surrounding environment.
