Milena Gronau – Kozyra and Karola Kowalczyk have spent over a decade at the biggest commercial production company in Poland. Over the course of time they have helped build much of the departments, from Facility team to Production and finally, to the Roster. Having competences from practically every department associated with the production process their in depth understanding of what needs to happen, of what puzzle pieces need to come together is invaluable. Their love for the art of filmmaking, for the people, for the industry transpires through the relationships they have built and the successes they have brought to the table. Talents we represent:

We're celebrating chosen family with ANDIAMO today. Salad days is an impression about youth and true friendships. Friends are often the closest family and the foundation of teenage life. We know best that life becomes impossible without a support system. The story was made as a dircut of the ‚Back to school’ campaign for HOUSE. A unique project in which there was no agency. There was, however, a producer with a big heart and a sensitive, open client. This was not another lookbook depicting the idealized world of teenagers, to us, this is a poem, a story about life.
