Gandhi We see challenges facing the real estate market: tenants, landlords, owners of vacant space: long term agreements, empty spaces, no easy way to find and rent a flexible place. To reach/help our clients we created: ForLogistic - a marketplace for SHORT-TERM rental of warehouse space. We are pioneers in the area of co warehousing and we actively promote the sharing of warehouse space, which consequently reduces the carbon footprint and increases the impact.

THE POSITION
We are currently looking for somebody knowledgeable about strategic and tactical marketing, growth hacking and technology startup/scale-up community to take the role of: MARKETING MANAGER/ STRATEGIST.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and updating marketing and communication strategy for ForLogistic.
Coordinating all marketing activities of the Company and managing communication channels (website, blog, social media, media relations, relevant events and event partners, communication partnerships).
Supporting development and maintenance and also providing ForLogistic communication assets (website, blog, communication content, templates etc.). Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Preparing recommendation to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Planning/executing effective marketing campaigns in coop with our scouting/selling team to secure a constant inflow of interested clients.
Monitoring results of marketing activities, assessing and redesigning if necessary.
Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

HARD SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Marketing and communication is your domain. You understand social media and modern ways of digital communication. You possess the necessary skills to propose, design and manage effective marketing campaigns.
Proven SEO experience. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Excellent language and visual communication skills.
Good copywriting skills - experience in running your own blog is welcome.
Very good command of spoken and written English.
You know how to efficiently use basic content authoring tools (text, photo, graphic editors) and team collaboration software
