Tightly folded multilayer sequence of intercalating rock salt (white and grey layers) and claystone (thin
dark grey layers, commonly covered with snow-white secondary salt on the outcrop wall), with locally developed small-scale
parasitic folds of typical asymmetry in the limbs of larger folds. Rounded shapes of small-scale folds’ hinges in claystone and
constant thickness of its layers indicate higher viscosity (competency) of the claystone compared to the rock salt during folding.
