Financial Law Review is an international, electronic academic journal which, in pursuit of its mission, creates a forum for the exchange of knowledge and views within the academic community and popularises its achievements among representatives of finance, business and politics. It is intended to serve as a bridge between science and practice, enabling a two-way flow of inspiration and ideas as well as joint solutions to complex problems of the contemporary financial world.
