However, the new requirements have been lowered, allowing creators to monetize their channels with 500 subscribers, at least 3 public uploads in the last 90 days, and either 3,000 watch hours in the past year or 3 million Shorts views within the last 90 days. These changes aim to provide more opportunities for creators to earn revenue from their videos on the platform.
