Getting To The Root.
Ask permission:

Before cutting the branch of a tree or removing a flower, tell the spirit of the tree or plant what you are going to do, so that they can withdraw their energy from that place and not feel the cut so strong.

When you go to nature and want to take a stone that was in the river, ask the river keeper if he allows you to take one of his sacred stones.

If you have to climb a mountain or make a pilgrimage through the jungle, ask permission from the spirits and guardians of the place. It is very important that you communicate even if you do not feel, do not listen or do not see. Enter with respect to each place, since Nature listens to you, sees you and feels you.

Every movement you make in the microcosm generates a great impact on the macrocosm.

When you approach an animal, give thanks for the medicine it has for you.

Honor life in its many forms and be aware that each being is fulfilling its purpose, nothing was created to fill spaces, everything and everyone is here remembering our mission, remembering who we are and awakening from the sacred dream to return home.

Speakers and Panelist of high calibre highlighted the Hydro power projects and way forward.

Conference on Food Security vis a vis Sustainable Agriculture in Pakistan. Policy Outcomes and Prospects held at Islamabad.
A very useful discussion took place given the climate change scenario.
Had a good discussion with Punjab Province Agriculture Minister Gardezi Sb, Prof Dr. Asif VC MNS Agriculture University Multan, and other speakers.

National Conference on Junagadh Challenges & Prospects held today at Islamabad.
Interesting discourse where number of papers were presented.
The recent developments by present Govt are appreciable as on 4 Aug 2020 unveiled its political map which includes the State of Junagadh as part of Pakistan.
Now continuous efforts are needed on pol, legal, diplomatic and academic fronts for just resolution of the dispute. There is lot to be done by foreign office to harness the support of international community to support the case of Junagadh and condemn the violation committed by INDIA.

Today attended Tree Plantation and Art Exibition on Climate Change and Conservation of Water held at The Fortune Lyceum School n College Harley Street Rawalpindi.Our NGO Gomal Damaan Area Water Partnership (GDAWP) is honoured to be part of this on going drive. Saad Usman a young water activist from GDAWP actively participated in various activities. Must appreciate the efforts of Mrs Sobia Mudassar and Fuad Hanif the CEO n Director of the School respectively for providing good enviornment for education.
I like their motto and my favourite "Only education can change the fate of our future generations ".
Tree Plantation is one of such activities to encourage the children to combat climate change. To involve the children n youth to uplift the socio economic condition of the country is commendable. Well done and keep it up to be part of 10 Billion tree Project.
