POST-GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM BY CHULABHORN GRADUATE INSTITUTE
HEC invites applications from Pakistani/AJK nationals for Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Post-Graduate Scholarship Program (Academic Year 2024). The scholarships are offered for Master's Degree (18 years education

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Scholarships are open to the Pakistani/AJK applicants who meet the following criteria.

Under 30 years of age as on 15th August 2023.
Hold 16 years Bachelor Degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75/4.00 in one of the following fields:
Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences.
Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
All applicants are required to provide the valid HAT test score. Those applicants who do not have the valid HAT test score, please visit the Eudaction Testing Council website for more information. Nomination criteria is based on HAT test score for Masters programs. HEC reserves the right to change or modify the nomination criteria.
Have experience in scientific laboratory research.
Applicants may have demonstrated English proficiency, preferably on one of two recognized test of language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS) or any other English proficiency certificate.
Applicants must provide a statement of purpose explaining their interests in the study.

Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health
Environmental Toxicology
Chemical Sciences

Scholarship Coverage:

The Scholarship will cover tuition and other academic fees (credit fee, laboratory expenses, refresher course fee, enrollment fee, thesis fee, production of thesis documents) round trip airfare, visa fee, first settlement allowance, relocation allowance, accommodation, monthly stipend, book allowance, health insurance and others.

Award Period:

The scholarship award will cover six weeks refresher courses and follow by a period of 2 years master's degree, subject to an annual review of the scholar's satisfactory progress.

Note: Refresher will tentatively commence in June 2024 while the academic program will commence in August 2024.

آج کل ملائیشیا انٹرنیشنل اسکالرشپ اوپن ہیں، بہت سے سٹوڈنٹس کو ایپلائی کرنے مشکل پیش آرہی ہے تو سوچا کیوں نا آپ لوگوں کو سادہ الفاظ میں سمجھانے کی کوشش کروں، اگر کوئی چیز Miss ہو گئی ہو تو معذرت خواہ ہوں، اِس اسکالرشپ کی اپلیکیشن ہر سال اپریل میں Open ہوتی ہے اور مئی میں اپلیکشن Closed ہوتی ہے رواں سال کی آخری تاریخ 18 مئی ہے۔

_____اپلیکشن Fill کرنے سے پہلے اِن باتوں کو ملحوظِ خاطر رکھ کر ایپلائی کریں گے تو ان شاءاللہ اپلیکیشن اچھے سے سبمیٹ کر پائے گے۔

1: یہ اسکالرشپ Undergraduate اسٹوڈنٹس کے لیے نہیں ہے، بلکہ جنہوں نے Bachelor and Master مکمل کیا ہے وہ ایپلائی کر سکتے ہیں۔

2: ایڈمشن تقریباً ہر فلیڈ والوں کے لیے اوپن ہیں۔

3: آپ کی تمام تعلیمی اخراجات یہ اسکالرشپ والے Cover کرے گا، یونیورسٹی ٹیوشن فیس وغیرہ۔

4: تقریباً 1500 RM وظیفہ آپ کو ہر مہینہ دیا جائے گا، جس سے پاکستانی 95,160.93 روپے بنتے ہیں۔

5: اسکالرشپ گائیڈ لائن کے مطابق 20 پبلک یونیورسٹیاں اور 4 پرائیویٹ یونیورسٹیوں بتائی گئی ہے، آپ اپنے فیلڈ کے مناسبت سے Google پر اپنی یونیورسٹی سرچ کریں، اور First Preference, پھر 2nd Preference اور آخر میں 3rd Preference دیں۔

6: Eligibility Criteria:

ا: آپ کی عمر 40 یا 45 سال سے زیادہ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔

ب: ماسٹر اپلیکینٹ کی Bachelor کی سی جی پی اے 3 سے اُوپر ہونی چاہیے۔

ت: پی ایچ ڈی اپلیکینٹ کی Master کی سی جی پی اے 3 سے اُوپر ہونی چاہیے اگر Paper Publish ہے تو یہ اُس کے لیے Plus Point ہے۔

ث: اگر کسی کے پاس TOFEL/ILETS نہیں ہے تو English Proficiency Certificate کے ذریعے ضرور ایپلائی کریں، مگر اِس Golden opportunity کو ہاتھ سے جانے مت دے۔

ج: اپنے فیلڈ سے Relevant ہزار الفاظ پر مبنی Research Proposal بھی سبمیٹ کرنا ضروری ہے، Research Proposal لکھنے کے بعد لازماً اپنے سابقہ Supervisor یا Seniors سے چیک کرنے کے بعد اپلوڈ کریں۔

____ ریسرچ Proposal ماسٹر اینڈ پی ایچ ڈی دونوں کے لیے Mandatory ہے۔
