She was not treated for a year, which caused her a lot of pain and itching all over. When I found out about her condition, we took her to a plastic surgeon. The doctor examined her and performed surgery. After the surgery, her dressings were changed regularly for a month. Now, thank God, Wania is completely fine.

The village faces a significant water scarcity issue. During our visit, locals informed us about the lack of water in the vicinity. One individual shared with us the plight of his sons, both afflicted with thalassemia. Despite their illness, they help fetch water when he's away for work.
Many in the community face similar challenges. They've sought assistance from authorities and individuals alike, yet their pleas went unanswered. Upon learning of this, we shared their story with a compassionate individual. Alhamdulillah, She vowed to address the water crisis. She dedicated the water source to her late mother. This benevolent act led to the installation of a water pump, dedicated to the departed soul of Malik Ihsan Ul Haq's wife, the late Gulnar Ehsan. May Allah Almighty grant her a place in Jannat-Ul-Firdaus. Amen.

Meet Maryam. Her father passed away two years ago, leaving no earner in their household, no elder brother, and no relatives to rely on. Meeting their household expenses has become extremely difficult. Earlier, I shared a video about their situation, and a kind-hearted person reached out to me, offering financial assistance for Maryam. When I gave her the money and asked her how much it was, she couldn't tell nor count it. Poverty has deprived them of such experiences with money.
I receive countless messages and comments advising against making videos when helping someone. It's exhausting to keep explaining, but I'll do it once more. Here are four reasons for making videos:
