ABOUT ME

My name is Anum. I’m a Pakistani ordinary girl living with the family. My name “Anum Only” is like a mixture of Anum Shaheen and Anum Shahzadi.

My documentary name is Anum Shahzadi. But I love to be called Anum Shaheen because it relates me with my dad. I’m the daughter of “SHAHEEN” which means falcon , whose aim is to fly high. I tell my dad I’m not a princess. I’m a warrior with true strength, the daughter of Shaheen. I’m Anum Shaheen and not Anum Shahzadi,. Leaving behind all my career of accountancy and after studying a number of years in the field of Commerce, Accountancy and finance, I have totally changed my mind to take a turn and go for what my heart wish for. Observing myself I have recognized that sticking to mathematical calculations and providing audited reports is not my type. I wish to b e free enough to feel the attributes of this world, I observe everything so deeply and mostly I like to write them in the form of good memories and experiences.

Before, I was focusing on “Love what you do” And I was trying to love Accountancy. But it’s a fact of life that we can never love something forcefully. If we do not like something, how can we love it? So Now I’m focusing on “Do what you love”. And I’m happy with what I’m doing. The world of writing is very interesting. It’s unique being a shy girl with thousands of thoughts inside the mind but staying quite and calm. The urge to speak. The storm inside to speak what you think but staying quite because no one has free time to listen to your useless imaginary talks. So what can be better than writing? When I write, there is somewhere my soul hidden inside those writings. And for being a professional writer, the beginning articles I write as Facebook notes are best tools for practice.. I'm Anum Shaheen- A girl who lives in an imaginary world being afraid of facing the realistic world. And yes it's amazing to enjoy the happiness of your own thoughts!

I prefer to write my thoughts and I'm used to write since my childhood about my motivations, goals, and plans. And this fact has made me expert in writing. That's why

“ WRITING IS MY KEY STRENGTH!”

I had been doing Chartered Accountancy from four years. Several failures but pushing up to reach the goal has raised a strength in me to:

“ADOPT PERFECTION IN EACH AND EVERY POINT- REACH 100%”

I believe that life passes and the time never comes back. So the persons should go for what makes them happy and satisfies their heart. So after asking from my own self, I've decided to start my journey to be the Professional writer!

My father wished to see me as a Chartered Accountant but I promised him I’ll make myself recognized more valuable than a CA if he let me do freely what I want. I believe in self recognition and we are much more powerful if we keep pushing with self belief.

Before creating this page and starting to write a book I got a lot of opinions to don’t go for this ,it’s a stupidity & wastage of time. But I listened to no one but myself. I’m following my own rule to first plan, get a direction and then move in this direction. I’m moving and the journey is continued..

Some of my most favorite lines of a poem I read in 7th grade and still remember it are the ones around which my life circulates.

Taking a second step I have started a blog , A motivational blog for all those persons who want to get out of the darkness of life. For those who have loosed hope. The main theme of my blog is “Healing” and “Self Creation”. My first book “Moving on with Grace” will serve for the same purpose.

I really appreciate the opinions and suggestions of you people. Tell me whatever you want to read or watch. I hope to generate a good content for everyone.
