RaaH started out as a dream of a few class mates in The City School Sahiwal campus in 2004/05 The band a few years later got their 1st single recorded in Sarpsborg, Norway called Bandish-e-Zindagi which was highly appreciated all around the cyber world and thus gave RaaH a kick starter to do underground concerts and shows with many main stream artists as well as other new artists as themselves, to
share the stage and do what they loved to do in front of the world. RaaH later on recorded more tracks and kept themselves quite underground staying more linked to the internet and Pakistani radio. Later opportunity brought RaaH a new level of achievement as they got a chance to perform internationally on stages for festivals such as the mela festival in Oslo, Norway and other big events in this country. RaaH returned the favor be dedicating their 1st official video for the incident on 22nd July 2011 which leaded to a lot lost lives in Norway The 1st video was titled "Live Again" and was only released over the internet but still got good response. Later in 2012 RaaH released their 1st National t.v release for the song titled "Awara" the song hit many charts as channels such as AaG tv, ArY music and also on Play channel. RaaH started reviving a new image throughout music lovers all over Pakistan and started to enter the lime light of news channel interviews and all that jazz. Then in 2013 RaaH released their most popular song "Aao" which was a big hit again on many music channels and again RaaH received a lot of appreciation by many fans all over the glob. Time came for RaaH to do something big but unfortunately time is what drew the band members apart. Ashar Azmat the lead vocalist, lyricist and guitarist was taken all the way to Norway due to his bachelors program in Shipping, Hassan Musrad the other lead vocalist the real talent of RaaH was taken to the United States of America for his studies in Music and last but not least Jibran Mahmood the guitar genius and lead guitarist of the band went to Dubai for his bachelors in sound production. Being apart didn't stop the band from doing music, they all are still making new sounds and tracks for all their fans and being so far away is consuming a lot of time but still more is on its way. The band has been out of the picture due to a few haters who somehow got to ruin the total image of the band by deleting all the social networking channels, pages and groups of RaaH but now after a long pause RaaH are back and are promising a new revival to their music and lost fans.
