جسٹس فائز عیسی نے رجسٹرار سپریم کورٹ سے فوری چارج چھوڑنے کا مطالبہ کر دیا۔خط میں کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ اور آپکے بہترین مفاد میں ہے کہ سرکولر فوری واپس لیا جائے سرکولر میں جس فیصلے کا حوالہ دیا گیا اس کا اطلاق اس کیس پر نہیں ہوتا، کام سے لگتا ہے آپ رجسٹرار کا عہدہ سنبھالنے کے اہل نہیں۔

احاطہ عدالت میں گنڈے گھس آے۔ ساتھ تک تاک بناتے رہے۔ وکلا پر قاتلانہ حملہ۔ سیشن کورٹ بھاولپور کی سیکیورٹی پر شدید تحفظات۔ وکلاء نے چند ملزمان کی درگت بنا کر حوالہ پولیس کردیا دیگر کے خلاف مقدمہ درج۔
۔ آج مورخہ 2023 ۔01 ۔30 احاطہ عدالت سیشن کورٹ بہاولپور میں ملزمان نے اپنے خلاف وکالت نامہ دینے پر وکلاء پر قاتلانہ حملہ کیا اور تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا. اسی ضمن میں آج پنجاب بار کونسل کا ایک اجلاس بلایا گیا جس میں جناب بشارت اللہ خان وائس چیئرمین و جناب طاہر شبیر چوہدری چیئرمین ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی پنجاب بار کونسل اورحاجی محمد افضل دھرالہ، سردار عبد الباسط خان بلوچ، چوہدری عمران حسین چٹھہ، ملک سکندر حیات ننگانہ، محمد ناصر جوئیہ، اوراخترعلی محمود چہور ممبران پنجاب بار کونسل نے اس وقوعہ کی پرزور مزمت کی اور پولیس کی اعلی حکام سے ملک سیف الرحمن کلیار،ثاقب ریاض بھٹہ، فہد خان ودیگرایڈووکیٹس بہاولپور پر قاتلانہ حملے میں ملوث ملزمان کو فی الفورگرفتار کرنے کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا بطور احتجاج کل مورخہ2023-01-31 بروز منگل بہاولپور ڈویژن کی تمام بار ایسوسی ایشنز میں مکمل ہڑتال ہوگی، وکلاء صاحبان عدالتوں میں پیش نہ ہوں گے۔

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf has filed a petition through General Secretary Mr. Asad Umar to seek direction to relevant authorities to announce election in Punjab as the Constitution of Pakistan mandates for elections to held within 90 days after dissolution of assembly.

Justice Jawad Hassan will be adjudicating upon the matter which is fixed for tomorrow in cause list of Urgent Cases.

چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس اطہر من اللہ، لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے جج جسٹس شاہد وحید، سندھ ہائی کورٹ کے جج جسٹس سید حسن اظہر رضوی اور جسٹس شفیع صدیقی کو سپریم کورٹ میں تعینات کرنے کی تجویز دی ہے۔ ان ناموں پر غور کے لیے جوڈیشل کمیشن آف پاکستان کا اجلاس مورخہ 24 اکتوبر 2022 بروز پیر ہوگا۔

Islamabad High Court has deferred contempt proceedings against former Prime Minister Imran Khan after he said he was willing to apologise for his remarks against a female judge.

“If the court wants, I will go to the lady judge and apologise to her. I will never say anything that will hurt the feelings of the court or judiciary,” Khan told the Islamabad High Court during a hearing on Thursday.

“I assure the court I will not do something like this in future,” he said. “I am sorry if I crossed a red line.”

The Lahore High Court (LHC) Friday accepting the please, declares summon notices that had been sent to people by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under Anti-Money Laundering without telling them any reason, illegal.

Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza pronounced the reserved judgment on 382 petitions. Muhammad Mohsin Virk and other lawyers appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

The non-disclosure of bank account details in tax returns is not an offense under Anti-Money Laundering. The FBR is not authorised to hear cases under Anti-Money Laundering that had been registered before 2020. The direct issuance of notice by the FBR is also a violation of the already issued court decision,” it stated, the court said.

The court, however, rejected the pleas against the cases filed by the FBR and also the pleas against the FBR summon notices that had been sent with the mentioning of a reason.
