Crackdown against quacks by Deputy District Health Officer

On the directions of Deputy Commissioner and under the leadership of Cheif Executive Officer، Dr. Mursaleen Ahmad Jutt (DDHO) visited different outlets of private practitioners at to review the provision of healthcare services as per the mandate and sealed out of them 3 on account of quackery / working beyond the mandate / violation of Punjab Healthcare Commission - PHC

Cases have been reffered to District Quality Control Board for the further actions.

Cheif Executive Officer, District Health & Population Authority paid visits to RHC & Warehouse

Dr. Atiq Ur Rehman Khan (CEO) took the detailed round of the RHC to ensure the quality of services delivery as per the vision of Govt of Punjab.

Cheif Executive Officer also took the round of District Medicine Store to review the inventory management, security arrangements and storage practices.

Deputy Commissioner paid a visit to Children Hospital

Mr. Malik Naveed Ahmad (DC) along with visited OPDs and Emergency to review the provision of healthcare services in line with the vision of Govt of Punjab. Worthy Dignitaries also assessed the provision of medicines and diagnostic services around the clock.

Medical Suprintendent and other officials also accompanied during the visit and briefed about the ongoing activities.

District Coordinator/ Deputy District Health Officer visited for Anti Quackery

On the directions Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Gul E Zahra Sial (DC / DDHO) paid visits to different outlets of private practitioners at Ada-Khewa to review the provision of health services in accordance with the mandate given by Punjab Healthcare Commission - PHC and sealed an outlet of private practicicioner on account of working beyond the mandate & using prohibited drugs.

Disciplinary & legal proceedings have been initiated & case forwarded to District Quality Control Board for further proceedings.
