We started debugging her website and found that her website was built on a very old version of PHP. All the plugins were outdated, and her theme was not compatible with the latest version of everything.
It was risky to update her website at this point.
First, We ran a program to recover her data.
Second, we took a backup of her website and the data, applied codes to update some of her plugins, and finally updated her PHP to a version that was new + compatible with her theme.
The issue was resolved. The client was grateful, and we were happy that we could help her.
