Important Updates on Border Pass Issuance and Opening Date

The Home Department (GB) has implemented a new verification process for issuing border passes. All applications will now undergo a thorough review by a committee comprised of chamber presidents. This committee will verify the details of each applicant to ensure they meet all requirements.

This stricter verification process is a direct response to illegal activities that occurred last year and aims to strengthen border security.

The border will officially open on March 22nd, 2024.
