Ingredients:
- Leftover Caldereta
- Leftover Mashed Potato
- Parsley

Recipe:
1. Place leftover caldereta in a deep serving dish and add gripo stock to refresh the sauce
2. Spread the mashed potato evenly on top of the caldereta
3. Garnish with parsley for extra flair
4. Cook for 10 minutes until the mashed potato gets a golden, toasted finish
5. Garnish again with parsley, then serve and enjoy!
