I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.

Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

Godbless us all!

Reasons why you should NEVER leave a charger in an outlet without your phone.
Many people often leave their chargers plugged into outlets even after their devices are fully charged. However, there are several risks associated with this habit that are not widely known.
Risks of Leaving Chargers Plugged In
Continuous Electricity Draw: Chargers have components that draw a small amount of electricity even when not actively charging a device. This standby power consumption, while minimal, can add up over time.
Overheating: Chargers that remain plugged in can overheat. This constant heat can lead to the deterioration of internal components like capacitors, shortening the lifespan of the charger.
Risk of Fire: In cases of sudden voltage spikes, a charger that's continuously connected to the mains could overheat to the point of smoking or even catching fire.
This risk, though rare, can have serious consequences.
Electrical Safety: If you have young children or pets, a plugged-in charger with a dangling cord can be a hazard. It presents a risk of electric shock if tampered with or chewed on.
Preventive Measures
Unplug chargers when not in use to reduce electricity consumption and mitigate the risk of overheating.
Regularly inspect chargers for any signs of damage or wear.
Keep chargers and their cords out of reach of children and pets.
By being aware of these risks and taking simple preventive measures, you can ensure a safer environment in your home and also extend the life of your chargers... 💜

Listening to your partner is important. Understanding one another brings you closer. Physical intimacy can be satisfying, but mental intimacy trumps it all. If someone loves you truly, every element of that person becomes beautiful on its own. Their exhausted look, their tangled hair, their oily face right after waking up, everything looks mesmerizing.
Love your partner, love every part of them. ♥️

HOW TO BE A ROMANTIC WIFE

1. Remember that romance is not the husband's responsibility alone

2. Compliment your husband when he is well-dressed and smells good

3. Touch your husband's thigh when he is driving or seated next to you when you want to tell him something

4. Flirt with him over the phone

5. Play with his fingers when you two are having pillow talks

6. Cuddle with him and place his head on your bosom when you two are in bed

7. Place your hand on his arm as a Queen who knows her position

8. Dress up for his visual stimulation, especially in the bedroom

9. Dance for him and tease him

10. Tell him all the passionate things you want to do to him

11. Praise his s*xual performance and the things he does that give you pleasure. Tell him how how he drives you crazy

12. Take him out on dates, don't always wait for him to plan things

13. Kiss him, not just on the lips but also his cheeks, his forehead, his fingers

14. Offer to serve him with a smile and take care of him

15. Call him special names "My King", "Darling", "Honey"

16. Be confident in being yourself, do great things as an individual. It excites him when he is proud of you

17. Talk highly about him in public, encourage him in private when he is down

18. Find out his favourite s*x position and do it to him often

19. Help him to put on and remove his clothes, his tie, his coat

20. Rally the children in appreciating him, make him feel valued at home regardless of his financial status

21. Buy him gifts that he will like

22. Prepare his favourite meal or ask him what he would like to eat

23. Tell him you love him. Men love to be affirmed too. Tell him also what you love about him

24. Ask him how his day has been. Show care

25. Make s*xual moves on him, don't just lay there waiting for him to do all the work

26. Pray for him to bless him, not because you think he is the devil or the problem in your marriage. Prayerful women are romantic

If you feel like giving up, read this:

1. This is a Phase.
Tough times are just a phase. They don't last forever. Life is a cycle of highs and lows. Remember, this too shall pass. You're in the middle of the storm now, but clear skies are ahead. Hold on.

2. You Are Stronger Than You Think.
Never underestimate your resilience.

- You've survived 100% of your bad days.
- Inside you, there is an inner strength.
- Your potential is greater than any problem.

Remember, you're stronger and more capable than you believe.

3. Small Steps Count.
Progress isn't always a leap forward. Sometimes it's tiny, almost imperceptible steps. Each step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal. Celebrate every bit of progress. Slow and steady can still win the race. Keep moving forward.

4. Remember Your 'Why'.
Think back to the reasons why you started. Reconnect with your motivation and your goals.

5. Failure is a Stepping Stone.
It's okay to fall but it's important to rise again. Every setback brings learning opportunities. Remember, every great success story involves overcoming obstacles. Keep going. Your story is being written.

6. Practice Self-Care.

Self-care is essential, especially during tough times.

- Eat nutritious food
- Exercise regularly
- Get adequate sleep
- Connect with loved ones
- Engage in activities that bring joy.

It’s not selfish, it's survival. Your well-being matters.

7. It's Okay to Ask for Help.
Remember, you're not alone in this journey.

- Reach out to friends, family, or professionals
- Open up about your struggles
- Seek support when you need it

Strength isn't just about enduring in silence. It's also knowing when to ask for help.

To my friends and readers, Fight for yourself. No matter how difficult it becomes, never let yourself give in. After some time, your spark will eventually return. You will come out happier, healthier, and wiser. We are in this together.

5 WAYS TO KILL DIFFICULTIES IN YOUR LIFE

1. Accept the situation: Acknowledge the situation you are in and accept it. Denying or ignoring the problem won't make it go away. Acceptance helps you to remain calm and find a solution.

2. Focus on the solution: Instead of focusing on the problem, focus on finding a solution. If one solution doesn't work, try another until you find one that works.

3. Seek help: Don't be afraid to seek help. Talk to someone you trust, such as a friend, family member, or therapist. They can offer you support and advice.

4. Take care of yourself: Deal with stress by doing things you enjoy, such as exercising, meditating, or spending time in nature.

5. Learn from your experience: Every difficulty is an opportunity to learn. Reflect on what happened, what you learned, and how you can use this experience to become stronger and more resilient in the future.

STAY BLESSED 🙏❤️
