𝐈𝐈𝐄𝐄 - 𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐂 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐

On 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the IIEE-PSU SC continued the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 with a series of meaningful activities, all aligned with the theme, "𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗜𝗜𝗘𝗘𝘀: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲."

The day began with a 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 at the 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗰𝗼-𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝗲𝗱, 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻. After a briefing session on the importance of mangroves, the team successfully planted 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, contributing to the restoration of coastal ecosystems.

In the afternoon, the IIEE-PSU SC held an 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 in 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. The meeting provided a platform for officers and members to discuss plans and initiatives for the second semester of the academic year.

This 2-day initiative shows our dedication to 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (SDGs), specifically 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟲 (𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻), 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟵 (𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲), 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭𝟯 (𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗗𝗚 𝟭𝟱 (𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱).

On 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the IIEE-PSU SC officers, committees, and advisers kickstarted the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 with a 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽 at the 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸, 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻.

With the theme "𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗜𝗜𝗘𝗘𝘀: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲", the IIEE-PSU SC demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact.

In collaboration with the 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢, the IIEE-PSU SC collected a total of 𝟭𝟵.𝟱 𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 across three (3) islands, contributing to the preservation of our environment and the promotion of sustainable practices.
