Sa mga ga graduate or aattend ng recognition day, sigurado maglalabasan na naman ang mga kumukuha ng pictures sa events. Baka pwede naman bilhin niyo na lang yung mga pictures ng mga anak niyo na makukuhaan. Alam ko may mga sarili na tayong mga cp na pang picture. Pero ano ba naman yung 50 pesos para sa picture nila, di naman kabigatan sa bulsa diba? Bilang suporta na lang sa ating mga traditional photographers. 🥺

Pls, lets support them. 🥺
Once or twice a year lang naman sila nakaka raket ng ganyan. 🥹

Dear Parents,

Munting pakiusap para sa mga magulang na magbibigay ng Money Garland.. Sana po ay huwag po ninyong isabit ito sa mga anak nio habang nagaganap ang seremonya ng graduation. Para ipakita sa mga tao na higit na sagana kayo kaysa sa nakakarami. Alam ko po na ang magiging rason nio eh gusto nio eh, karapatan nio un, pero ang ndi nio po alam malaki epekto nito sa mga batang ndi mabbgyan ng ganyan. Magkakaroon sila ng inggit at mababang pagtingin sa kanilang mga magulang. Madami ang magsasabi “Sana All” pero deep inside ang nasa isip nila “sana ako din may ganun” kung maari lang po sana eh Isabit na lamang sana ito pagtapos ng graduation bilang gantimpala sa inyong anak dahl nag aral ng mabuti.. paalala lamang ito at hindi po ito pangongontra.Malay mo yung ibang magulang halos gumapang sa hirap mapagtapos lang ang kanilang mga anak. Be responsible in all our actions. Kung Blessed kau sa money be considerate nalang sana sa paligid..

PINAGBAYAD NG P5,000 SA PAGKAIN PERO INATSEPWERA SA AWARDS NIGHT BILANG PRESENTER?

TRENDING: Veteran actress Eva Darren, inimbitahan na maging presenter sa isang awards night at pinagbayad ng P5,000 per plate pero nabigla ang actress na hindi siya tinawag sa stage bilang presenter at pinalitan diumano ng baguhang singer? Narito ang litaniya ng anak sa kanyang facebook account:

Dr. Fernando de la Pena : “A MOMENT OF DEBACLE AT THE FAMAS AWARDS NIGHT” | My mother, Eva Darren, a veteran actress of the Philippine movie industry, having performed on the big screen and television for more than five decades, usually does not attend social events. She loves the simple pleasures in life being surrounded by family.

A couple of months ago, she received a notice of invitation for the FAMAS awards night. For those of you who aren’t familiar, FAMAS (Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences Awards) is the equivalent of the USA’s Oscar Awards. She was also given a script to go over and memorize as an awards presenter coupled with another veteran actor, Mr. Tirso Cruz III.

Mom was excited, bought the best dress and pair of heels she could afford and topped that with a nice package of hair and make up for the gala. During the event, she brought along three of her very proud grandkids. With a price tag of P5,000 ($90) per plate for four people, needless to say, it was not a cheap evening. It was all worth it though. After all, the last time she was on stage during a FAMAS awards night was back in 1969 when she received the coveted “Best Supporting Actress Award” for her role in the movie ANG PULUBI (The Beggar) opposite legendary actress Charito Solis.

Being the true professional that my mother is, she memorized and rehearsed her script to perfection, braved the downpour of a Signal No. 1 Typhoon warning and drove to the Manila Hotel.

After the glitz and glamour shots with air-cheek-kisses and what not, everyone eventually took their seats and the awarding commenced. During the point where she was supposed to present an award, her partner, Mr. Tirso Cruz III went upstage with an upcoming young singer instead. Not my mom.

My mother never went on the stage.

The PR officer of FAMAS who had been in constant communication with my mother prior to the event had absolutely no explanations to offer, just a thousand apologies. He confessed not knowing what happened and wasn’t sure why there was a last-minute change. My Mom said "it’s okay" but decided to leave nonetheless. I couldn’t blame her. Staying around was just rubbing salt on her FAMAS-inflicted wounds.

You would think and assume that a "prestigious award-giving body" who had been doing the same thing every year, over and over without fail, would have mastered their craft after 72 years. But no, not this entity.

To all of you people behind FAMAS, you cannot do this to an icon of Philippine Cinema!

It is RUDE… It is DISRESPECTFUL… It is UNETHICAL… it is UNPROFESSIONAL to say the very least!!!

I can think of a hundred other words to describe what FAMAS did to my mother, even contemplated on legal actions for a second or two. But my sister, a devout Christian, told me to leave it to the hands of God.

And so I will.

A CIVILIZATION DISAPPEARED 30,000 YEARS AGO..
Who were the first to colonize Americans? Just a few years ago, it was thought that the first American culture was that of the Clovis, the ancestors of the North American Indians. Also, man was thought to have arrived on this continent as early as 14,000 years ago. Thus, in this "rebuilding" of history, the first civilizations would have been North Americans, while the Aztecs, Mayas and the Incas would have arrived much later...
Recent discoveries, including DNA analysis, on the contrary, have shown archaeology wrong once again. The first civilizations of the Americas were the peoples of Central and South America at least 15,000 to 20,000 years earlier than we thought. And these peoples came BY THE SEA (yes, you read that right, "by the sea"), from Siberia and Sundaland (the continent disappeared due to thawing, which corresponds to present-day Indonesia and surrounding islands)...
Indeed, by 2020, researchers have published the results of the discovery of human remains in Mexico's Chiquihuite cave. Excavations began in 2012. Major excavations were conducted in 2016 and 2017. The works were published in the journal Nature. What was found in the cave has completely changed the opinion of archaeologists. The study presented by Ciprian Ardelean, archaeologist at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (Mexico), and his colleagues, suggests that people lived in central Mexico at least 26,500 years ago. The professor states: "It takes centuries, maybe even millennials, for people to cross the Beringia and arrive in the middle of Mexico." Further, he adds: "It takes many years of previous presence for them to get there, whether they came by sea or land." This means that man was probably present in Central America well before 30,000 years...
But that's not all. Another research center found that the indigenous people of Central and South America did not have one, but two ancestors. They somehow have a "mother people", identified as the "Y population", who are the original inhabitants of Sundaland in the distant past, around the thaw era. But they also have a "father people", the Inupiat, originally from Siberia...
These discoveries are revolutionizing all archaeological beliefs about America's past. Who belonged to the oldest found ruins? What civilization of the past was able to create geopolymers at the summit of the Andes? Who created the gigantic Nazca drawings, and especially for what purpose? More importantly: If men were able to travel from Australia to Central America 30,000 years ago, what stopped them from Central America to Egypt, as several indications seem to suggest today? We give you some answer elements.
