Ancient black and white color symbolizes the foundation of photography. The primary definition of photography is “drawing with light”. To instill the memory of one of its founders, the iconic Quezon memorial pylon represents its emblem.
The camera is a tool for capturing moments and the three-dimensional (3D) character effect is about EXIF, exposure, lighting and angles. QCPC seeks to promote and develop the art and science of photography and the rich culture, heritage, faces and places of QC through photography.
