Our Story

The company is a models, talents, and artists management enterprise for Filipinos, multi-cultural and multi-racial individuals with the aim of elevating their brand globally.

We champion the newly scouted models and talents, main board models and talents, and the plus size models. Among these models or talents are seasoned international models and talents who have elevated their brand not just in the fashion or advertising industry but also in the field of sports, film/tv entertainment, news casting/journalism, motivational speaking, coaching/training, pageantry, entrepreneurship, education, music and other arts. It’s safe to say, they are people of substance and of intellect. Modesty aside.

However with these outward accomplishments ( or future goals) that we have, we remain grounded with these core values that the company also keeps to exist:

We aim to reach to the community as a team or as individuals by establishing influence, platforms and projects that will help build a generation that stirs their gifts and talents to be able to help create a society that is purposeful and benevolent.

Ambitious? Why not? ART, from which our industry is nestled, is a reflection of what is good, beautiful and noble--- a paraphrased version of St. Augustine’s philosophy on art. Ideal? Why not? It is a vision. Ergo, we want to serve a purpose that will cause a good, beautiful and hopefully noble mission. Fashion, art, entertainment--- this is our “world”, and we aim to contribute in it by being loyal, global and excellent in our performance, continuous development, and pursuit so that we can best serve our clientele.

We exist in the realm of the creative and we acknowledge that what we have is not our own, ergo why not make use of what we have for a greater good ? It is not our own. With that being said, we give back all the glory to God----- to Him that everything exists, through Him and by Him.

“The Elevation Models and Talents Management, which was formally launched on July 10, 2017 in Pampanga is an international mother management company...”that prioritizes everyone under it’s canopy along the best interest of its clientele.

“Vision: Excellent global models and talents. Excellent global brand management.

Mission: Elevation Models and Talents Management aims to raise excellent global Filipino, multi-cultural, and multi-racial models and talents by using holistic approach in their development and brand establishment.

The managing owner Joyce Cervera Mallari, a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Painting in the University of the Philippines, Diliman campus and who also took up Certificate for E-Commerce from the University of the Philippines Open University, Los Baños campus has accumulated working experiences both in the fashion and advertising industries as a creative staff or as a model/talent in the early 2000. Yet in 2014, the passion to work again as a model resurfaced even while she was already working full-time as a visual artist, art lecturer and entrepreneur.

Landing in different jobs in various industries from being a local cable PEP news field reporter, and as a photographer’s assistant while trying out modeling, she realized that something was being conceived in her heart as she experienced the realities of the present condition in these industries, and that was the aim of developing models and talents.

She began referring her co-models to the agency owners whom she was acquainted with, then with prayers and seeking of wise counsel, finally in summer of 2017 she started to work as an independent booker, then finally with the support of her family, good friends and colleagues, her purpose of becoming an avenue for other people’s aspirations in this field has started to come to pass.” (JCM,2017. ed. 2018)
