If you are feeling hopeless...
remember this:

We all been there, lahat tayo at one point ay nakakaramdam niyan for sure...

maipapayo ko sa iyo is never ever compare yourself to others.

1. You are in your situation because of your choces.
Life is a consequences of our choices, but don't worry it will never be too late hangat lumalaban ka.

2. Learn to relax and reward yourself. nabuburn out ka na. kailangan mo talaga mag pahinga sa ingay ng mundo. be still and quiet yourself. layo ka muna sa lahat social media, news, friends hinto ka muna at itahimik ang sarili.

3. Learn to say no, di mo naman kailangan pagbigyan lahat ng humihiling ng oras,attention at tulong mo. kung kaya why not,kung hindi say no. wala kang obligasyon sa iba kundi sa sarili mo.

4.Focus on yourself, isipin mo lahat ng achievements mo way back malayu na ang narating mo. yung situation mo ngaun sa buhay na akala mo worse. merong mas worse at meron din na ang buhay at sitwasyon mo ngayon ay pinapangarap nila, so be grateful always.
Love yourself para yung self talk mo is maayos.

5. Huwag mo madaliin, time is just an illusion. Everything happens exactly when you needed it most. kaya exacto lang ang ginagawa mo, kung nasaan ka at events sa buhay mo. walang aksidente sa buhay, everything happens exactly.

what can you do is improve yourself every day. learn new skills and expresess yourself freely, shine your light without the need for other peoples validation.

6. Be mindful on your thoughts, feelings, words and with what and whom you spend your time with because it influences your personality that creates your personal reality.
whatever it is you are going through it will pass, it is just a phase, it is for your growth kaya nangyayari sa iyo yan. Life happens for us not to us kaya wag mo personalin.

7. Reconnect with God. not in a religious way. but in a truthful way. enchance your connection with God by enchancing your spirituality learning the truths and always embody Christ conciousness in every seconds of your life, always be in high vibration.

iwas ka sa low vibes or negatives 🙂 then you will hear God's voice and feel God's guidance through your intuintion. the voice that is same as yours talking to you wanting to guide you all along kaso hindi mo marinig before.

It takes practice everyday, it is hard at first, but it is possible.

Try to do this.. tipping point mo na yan. surrender it all and let God's wisdom guide you. for we all are one with God. Kaya mo yan, naniniwala ako sa iyo.❤️🙂🙏🏻
