Dear Players,

Thank you for your feedback on the Guillotine Cross (GX) job change issue.
We have done our checks on this matter.

Based on the system settings, GX job change is a 3 hours waiting period and not 30 mins as stated in the description.
This is due to an error on our end for the text description. We sincerely apologize to all affected players.

As there is a sheer amount of players trying to complete the job-change, the duration will be even longer as players who have completed the waiting time need to get into dialogue with the NPC to get into the next room. Only one player is allowed into this room at a time and the player is given time to complete the quest.

Do note that this is the structure of the game play where the player need to undergo multiple tasks to complete the change. Thus, a longer waiting time is required especially for GX.

We've heard your feedback and will be looking into potential ways to improve the GX job change conversion.
