RO ZERO UPDATE**

Statement Regarding the Situation

For the last few weeks that we have opened our server, we have seen tremendous progress and a lot of players joining, both coming for the fun of the game and for earning something back. As the team running the pioneer this new territory, we want both parties to co-exist peacefully, and fairly.

We have been eagerly monitoring the progression of server to ensure the best experience for players, and to keep the game life for as long as possible. In the early days, we have seen that server has dominated with players coming to just earn, even by exploiting our system, and make profit. We have been countering while nerfing several aspects which would benefit players, but might be demanding for farmers. That includes the recent ones that we disabled auto-looting common items completely. However, receiving your complaints, we see that some of our changes have also affected active players as well. We are trying to not make that happen. Here's the example:

VIP system was created to help making actual players to rest from continuous hours playing. However, we have seen that a lot players using this to just farm the loots, which has never been our intention. There are dedicating Mining System to do just that. Moreover, there are still several ways to play that could both be fun and profitable with the coming of Marketplace. Common loots selling will just keep detrimenting the economy.
Looking in the future, you might earn more Zeny to sell, but the value of ZERO might have dropped by half, and that is just terrible to anyone. This is also the reason why we tried different things to prevent aggressive ZERO dumping yet allow players to still reasonably earn like Voting System, Gambling System, etc. In addition, a portion of your top-up payments is constantly used to buy back ZERO from the market to distribute the wealth fairly among players.

Therefore, these changes are what we deemed to be necessary to sustain the economy yet keeping the game fun. There's a lot of complexity to keep this game free-to-play, play-to-earn, yet fun experience that we (or everybody else) would never encounter before. We promise to continue improving the server for the best like upcoming Guild War, Tournaments, and much more to come. And we are thankful as always for your understanding.
Next Steps
We are in active discussion of how we could make VIP access value itself. Hence, we will add following buffs that you can claim with Fairy NPCS:
- All stats +5 Buff (30 mins)
- Magnificat Level 5 Buff (5 mins)

There have also been complaints about boss drop rates so:
- Equipment drop rates are twice as likely than now
- Boss Cards drop rates are decreased from 0.5% to 0.1%
- Increase Bosses respawn time from 2 hours to 4 hours

And for ZERO minting restrictions, this is still under discussion but we for sure wanted to make it less strict and more intuitive.

Last but not least, as a token of apology for sudden changes, please accept these items for the fun gameplay:

- Battle Manual x2
- Job Manual x2
- Bubble Gum x1
