There is beauty to be seen in all of our experiences. 🤍

People always come into her life..and then, they always leave.
She’s just gotten used to it.
Once, she would have fallen apart as she watched them walk away.
Sadly, now she expects it.
She’ll always be alone in the end, but it’s never easy or painless.
Her hopes of forever love fade away with the sunset and once more, she is left holding the pieces of a shattered heart.
She just puts it back together again, dusts herself off and starts anew.
She’s no stranger to disappointment.
She’s a survivor, strong enough for whatever the storm brings her way.
It’s loneliest at night, when the feelings and images of times past rush through her mind, a montage of sadness and regret.
She’s not going to tell you it gets any easier.
Only that she knows how to get back up stronger.
She’ll keep wearing her heart on her sleeve, believing in herself and love.
She knows that she’s a fool for continuing to dream.
But, she’d tell you without dreams and passion, who are we?
But without any doubt,
She’s strong.
She’s passionate.
And more than anything,
She’ll never stay down long or give up.
That’s just who strong women are.

Keep silent,
When you have nothing pleasant to say...

Keep silent
When anger takes hold of you.
Avoid stabbing your soul,
Because some wounds never fade...

Keep silent
In the face of what does not concern you.
Do not waste your energy on futile causes,
Not everyone deserves
Your strength, nor your time...

Keep silent
When someone does not please you.
Take a step back,
It is often the healthiest path...

Keep silent,
Do not hurt,
Do not hurt,
Do not offend,
Do not argue.

Protect your peace, in your own way,
Without shouting or outbursts.
Step away for a moment,
And come back when the storm has calmed down...

The world already carries so much anger,
Why add more?

They say beauty comes from a spirit that has weathered many hardships in life and somehow continues with resilience. Grace can be found in a soul who ages softly, even amid the tempest.

I think the loveliest by far is the one whose gentle heart bears a hundred scars from caring, yet still finds a way to pick up the lamp, one more time, to light the way for love.
