The Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) recognizes compliance of Local Government Units (LGUs) with accounting and auditing standards, rules and regulations, as certified by DILG - Bureau of Local Government Supervision.

The criteria include compliance with COA's accounting and auditing standards and the Department’s Full Disclosure Policy.
