Promo runs from December 20, 2024 to February 10, 2025.
PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The raffle draw will be on February 14, 2025 at branch office located at Purok 3 Brgy. Cobangbang Daet, Camarines Norte and will be broadcast live on page RJJ Catv Network Inc.
2. Promo is exclusive for new subscribers who will avail of our services whether cable-only, internet-only, or bundled package; all existing subscribers who will settle all the dues or balance to fully pay is entitled to one (1) raffle ticket entry. Therefore, all existing subscribers with no or negative balances in their account records are eligible for the raffle promo. Also, existing subscribers who availed our savers promo for the month of December. For disconnected subscribers who will reconnect or reactivate their accounts is also entitled to one (1) raffle ticket entry.
3. The winner may win only once. Therefore, if the participants names are called again, whichever prize is higher will be the one they get.
4. The authorized person in charge of contacting the winners by calling or sending an SMS to the contact numbers and/or email addresses provided in their raffle ticket after the raffle draw and all the names of winners will be announces and posted also in our page.
5. Prizes cab be claimed on designated branch.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible into cash.
7. After prizes are non-transferable and not convertible into cash. The announcement, winners have sixty (60) days to claim their prize. After sixty (60) days the unclaimed prize will be forfeited and signed by the DTI representative.
8. Winners must present one(1) valid government IDs to claim his/her prize.
9. A representative may also claim the prize on behalf of the winner provided that he/she must present the following:
a. One (1) valid ID of the winner and one (1) valid ID of the representative;
b. Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner.
10. The company reserved the right to refuse to award the prize if the documents submitted are incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate or when the company has any reason to believe that any of the documents submitted are spurious or forged.
11. The company shouldered all of the taxes.
12. Winners should present the requirements for validation or checking.
13. Winners should agree to be featured on a page or publicity materials. Therefore, we will take pictures and get some feedback from the winners regarding this raffle through writing in our feedback form provided.
