BJJ Diary 4/365: Great training tonight at Turf BGC. Lots of twisting… instant massage and chiropractic adjustment (more misalignment). 😂 Taught by our Coach 👍

Also sharing my roll with the hubby. This is the secret to a lasting marriage. 🤣 Disagreements? Spar nalang kayo! Lack bonding time? Jiu jitsu is the answer! 😆

BJJ Diary 3/365: Attended Coach ‘s class at today. Practiced take downs, staying on top and controlling the legs. Still have to figure out a lot of stuff, but I know i’ll learn more as I drill these more. 😄 Motto of the year, relax and chill. Narealize ko na I need more time for recovery and rest (masters na tayo! 😁) if I don’t control my pace. So this year will be “chill BJJ era” for me. 😄 No injuries this year 🙏🏻 Yes to more learning! Soooo fun! Super enjoy! 🥰

So if less than 40 na kayo and reason nyo is matanda na kayo, there’s no such thing! 😁 Kaya pa yan, friends!

Speaking of "may nakalimutan", did you forget to submit your inventory list of unused official receipts that you will convert to sales invoices. Para sa mga hindi pa nagamit na resibo, need natin magpasa ng listahan ng mga unused official receipts sa BIR.
