Ito talaga ang isa sa katanongan as a PROPERTY OWNER kung mas may kita ba if MONTHLY or DAILY/NITGHLY yung pa rent.

Sa totoo lang base sa research ko (ay wow may pa research). May pros and cons ang both side in terms sa kita. Like for MONTHLY ang pros is stable ang kita and less likely na magkaroon ng issues during sa months na mag rent yung tenant. Pero yung cons naman is mag stick na rin talaga yung kita mo per month na if 20K bali 20k nalang din talaga ang makuha mo. Hindi karin pwede basta mag increase kasi need mo sundin yung batas for certain amount of percentage na dapat mo eh increase sa rent para don sa existing tenant mo.

For DAILY/NITGHLY naman ang pros nito is napaka adjustable ng range ng kita mo unlike sa monthly rent na naka stick lang. If gusto mo kumita ng 30k plus then it's possible talaga. Pero ang cons naman nito is di mo naman sure kung every day/night may mag rent so di siya stable.
