ISANG BAKLA ANG NAGPATAYO SA WAITER NG DALAWANG ORAS DAHIL TINAWAG SIYANG "SIR" 🫨🫨🫨
LONG POST ahead. This happened around 6 PM on July 21, 2024.
Hello! Are you the one who made an employee at Ulli's Ayala Center Cebu stand for two (2) hours because this server from Ulli’s called you “Sir”? My memory is so clear because my mom and I were strolling around Ayala Center Cebu since 4 PM, then we went down the elevator near Leylam and saw this employee standing in a parade rest position since 6 PM. I really thought you were the owner and were just discussing things with the employee, so we shrugged it off and continued roaming around Ayala. I couldn't stop thinking about it and told my mom that it had been nearly 2 hours that the server had been in that pose, facing this guy named Jude Bacalso. So, I interfered and asked this guy Jude what happened, if he was the owner or a customer. The guy Jude sarcastically said, "Go ask him (referring to the server) what happened." Then I asked the server what happened, and he said, "I called him 'sir'." Then I pulled the server to their staff room, and the server broke down into tears and seemed to have a panic attack.
At that time, there were customers dining in who clearly saw that this server was standing for 2 hours, but no one was curious to know why and what happened. The other employees at Ulli’s already tried to console the server on his behalf, but this guy Jude wouldn’t leave the server because of the sole reason that the server misgendered Jude Bacalso. According to Jude, he had a question for the server that the server couldn’t answer, and Jude said, "You will be standing there until you can answer my question." I don’t know the exact question, but it should be related to pronouns and being misgendered. For context, the server and the employees had already apologized to Jude, but he still didn’t let the server go. There were no managers around at Ulli's Ayala Center Cebu, and some of the employees were already crying because they couldn’t do anything.
If my mom and I hadn’t arrived there and interfered, the server wouldn’t have stopped standing in front of this guy Jude Bacalso. Let me ask you—who are you to make someone stand just because of that mistake? You have no right to treat people the way you treated that server, making them stand in front of you for 2 hours. Many people passed by Ulli’s; imagine, it's near the entrance/exit. No matter if someone is rich or poor, you have no right to treat them like that. You yourself know where you started from, so let's not be arrogant. I didn’t get to take a video because I was focused on the crying server.
Also, you voicing for LGBTQ? For that mere mistake by the server, is that how you want to influence? I am part of the LGBTQ community myself, and you bring shame to our community by trampling on people's rights like that. I am calling you out and holding you accountable for your actions.
Wherever we meet, I will not back down. You disappeared suddenly from where you were seated; you should have been there to address that.

What are your thoughts on this, guys?
