"EUNOIA" is εὔνοια [ you-noy-uh / you-noh-iea / eh-yu-no-ya ]
From Ancient Greek εὔνοια (eunoia - “goodwill”, literally “beautiful thinking” ),
from εὖ (eu, “well, good” ) + νόος (noos, “mind, spirit” ).
Eunoia is the shortest English word containing all five main vowel graphemes. It comes from the Greek word εὔνοια, meaning "well mind" or "beautiful thinking." It is also a rarely used medical term referring to a state of normal mental health.
THE EUNOIA is a Team working in Mental Health Awareness and Fitness Program.
We use research and practical projects to help people Survive, Manage, Recover from and Prevent mental health problems. We are unique in the way we work. We don’t just see mental health as a medical issue. We recognize that the way we think and feel is also influenced by our emotional make up, our social and family experiences, getting proper Nutrition and the way we respond in different ways to events in our lives. We aim to lead the way in helping ordinary people understand and manage their own mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.
We do this by : learning what makes and keeps people mentally well, communicating our findings to a wide range of people and turning research into practical solutions that make a difference to people's lives, now and in the future. We work on topics as diverse as diet, Nutrition, Exercise, friendship / relationships, parenting, stigma, mental health services and cultural diversity. We reach millions of people every year through our media work, various programs information tools and online services.
