♥️MGA PWEDENG ID ipakita o dalhin, sa araw ng pag byahe.

✅Birth Certificate-ok
✅if NO Birth Cert, get Brgy. Certification for travel purposes and bring Immunization Record if applicable.
📌Immunization card lang, hindi tinatanggap sa ibang personnel

CHILD [2years to 11years old]

✅VALID ID-[either Brgy ID, School ID] 2 to 11 years old | as long not expired
✅if Birth Certificate lang [2 to 6 years old]
✅if Brgy Certification lang [7 to 11 years old plus bring birth cert]

ADULT [12 years old above]

✅PRIMARY ID-[even 1 only] [not expired]
Example: any PHOTO BEARING ID document & NOT EXPIRED

▪️Employee’s ID / Office Id [bring travel approve leave/company travel order]
▪️Philippine Fi****ms License *[not expired] [photo bearing]

✅SECONDARY ID-[at least 2 PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION NEEDED] [not expired]

▪️TIN & PHILHEALTH CARD
▪️TIN & PSA
▪️PHILHEALTH CARD & PSA
▪️BRGY ID & TIN
▪️BRGY ID & PHILHEALTH CARD
▪️Kung BRGY ID lang, hindi tinatanggap sa ibang personnel [dapat may additonal kahit birth]
▪️Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps) ID *
▪️School ID **[not expired] [see to it still current student] [bring birth cert]

▪️Voters Certification [with birth cert] hindi lahat ng personnel tumaggap ng voters cert lamang

NOTE:

Maigi manigurado kaysa palyado at hindi pasakayin.

Lahat ng mga nabanggit ay possible, pero subject to personnel evaluation and assessment.

If they found out fraud, fake, not valid, not applicable, or anything not appropriate, you will be possibly denied and arrested for using FAKE DOCUMENTS, using other identity, FALSIFIED DOCS,,, etc.
