Steamed bok choy with garlic and oyster sauce 🥬👌
Ingredients:
Bok Choy
Garlic (mince)
Soy sauce (Datu Puti)
Sesame oil or Olive oil
Oyster sauce (Mama Sita)
Sugar
Water
Ground black pepper
📌Combine oil and garlic at the same time in a pan. Turn the heat to on. Cook the garlic in medium heat until it starts to turn light brown.
📌Pour the oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil and water in the pan and sprinkle some ground black pepper. Stir. Let boil.
📌Add the bok choy. Stir and cover. Cook until the sauce reduces to half. You may add some salt if needed.
📌Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice.
Tortang puso ng saging❤👩🍳👌
Ingredients:
Puso ng saging, flour,egg,onion,garlic,onion leaves,pepper and salt.
📌Clean the banana blossom/puso ng saging and finely chop (strips cut)
📌Add salt to the banana blossom/ puso ng saging and let it stand for 5 minutes. Squeeze it by hand to remove excess liquid. It should now be a little bit soft.
📌In a bowl, combine the banana blossom, onion, garlic, salt, flour, pepper,egg and chopped onion leaves. Mix until well combined.
📌Heat a pan over medium heat, add the cooking oil. Scoop the banana blossom mixture and pan-fry for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown. Remove from the pan, drain excess oil with paper towel.
📌Serve with hot steamed rice and spiced vinegar for dipping sauce.
Chopsuey😊👌(Fully loaded veggies)
Ingredients:
Brocolli, cauliflower, carrot, sayote, red bell pepper, cabbage, celery, atay ng manok, shrimp, onion, garlic, pepper, Knorr crab and corn soup, corn (canned) and olive oil
📌Heat oil in a wok or pan.
📌Saute onion. Add garlic and continue to saute until the onion becomes soft.
📌Add Atay ng chicken and cracked pepper. Stir fry until light brown.
📌Pour water. Let boil. Cover and cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.
📌Add carrots, sayote,bell pepper, brocolli, cauliflower and corn. Stir.
📌Add cabbage and celery. Toss. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
📌Add knorr crab and corn soup diluted in water. Toss.
📌Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
My pad thai version😊👌
Ingredients:
1 pack of Rice noodles (any brand)
1/4 of fresh shrimp
1 cup of strips chicken
2pcs of tufo (cooked and diced)
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbps Soy sauce
1 tbsp Brown sugar
Tamarind paste
Sriracha
Garlic
Oil
Lemon
2pcs of egg
Peanut (Crushed)
📌Cook Noodles: Follow package instructions to cook noodles just until tender. Rinse under cold water.
📌Make Sauce: Stir together fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, tamarind paste and Sriracha. Set aside.
📌Heat 1½ tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, chicken, tofu and garlic. Cook until meat is done.
📌Push everything to the side of the pan. Add a little more oil and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs, breaking them into small pieces with a spatula as they cook.
📌Add noodles, sauce, bean sprouts and peanuts to the pan (reserving some peanuts for topping at the end). Toss everything to combine.
📌Top with green onions, extra peanuts, cilantro and lemon wedges. Serve immediately!😊👌🍽
