The 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 from Bohol Island State University - Main Campus, College of Teacher Education, proudly showcased their excellence and advocacy during the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎 (𝐘𝟒𝐔). Held from November 29 to December 1, 2024, at City State Asturias, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, this prestigious event celebrated youth engagement in global initiatives.

Representing the club were Jonhlendon Rubia (HSC President), Bryan Bryle Lloren (HSC VP Internal), and Ms. Rose Anne Palma (HSC Adviser). Their dedication and hard work led to a string of remarkable achievements:

•Accreditation by UNACOM as an official Club for UNESCO in the Philippines.

•Quiz Bowl Semi-Finalists in the College Category, with Rubia and Lloren showcasing their expertise.

•Ms. Rose Anne Palma was elected as a Board Member of the National Coordinating Body of Clubs for UNESCO in the Philippines (NCBCUP), reflecting her commitment to leadership.

•The HSC received the Cultural Sustainability Award for their One Town One Product (OTOP) Booth Display, highlighting their dedication to preserving cultural heritage.

The club's participation and recognition at the assembly not only honor their school and community but also inspire others to promote cultural and educational advocacy on global platforms. This success exemplifies the power of youth in creating meaningful change.

𝙅𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙄𝙉: The Historical Sophists Club has officially joined the UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing advocacy for culture, environment, and education. During the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 in Puerto Princesa City, HSC Adviser Ms. Rose Anne Q. Palma, HSC President Jonhlendon G. Rubia, and HSC Vice President-Internal Bryan Bryle Lloren, accepted the accreditation certification.

This accreditation aligns with UNESCO's ideals of fostering peace, understanding, and social development through grassroots initiatives.
