One Radio Broadcasting System is a commercial FM radio station with primary coverage of the first district of Albay and nearby towns and provinces. Its regular programming is basically divided into two parts, with the morning portion devoted to news and public affairs, while the other half is devoted to music. The station operates on 91.3 Mhz of the FM band, with a power of 1 KW. Its studio and transmitter are located at WCC Building, Sta. Cruz Street, Basud, Tabaco City, Albay.
