Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups diced ham
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced ham, and chopped onion.
Mix the Sauce:

In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
Assemble the Casserole:

Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Add half of the potato and ham mixture to the bottom of the crockpot. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes and ham. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, ham, and sauce.
Cook:

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is bubbly.

Ingredients:

For the pound cake:
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup canned crushed pineapple (drained)
½ cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon coconut cream (optional)
Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

Cream the butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Chicken and Coleslaw burgers 🍔


Ingredients

3 burger buns
4 chicken fillets
Frilly lettuce(optional)
½ cup Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise
½ cup Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise
¼ Green cabbage
1 medium Carrot (grated)
3 slices cheese (optional)
1 tbsp. mixed spices
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. tuna
1 tbsp. Fresh parsley
1 K**b butter

Method

1. Season chicken fillets with spices of your choice.
2. Heat oil, once oil is heated, add the seasoned chicken fillets and fry for 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Open up the burger buns; spread Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise. Lightly toast them on a greased pan over medium to high heat (Tip: toasting buns adds a touch of crispiness that may help prevent them from becoming soggy when loaded with chicken and coleslaw)
4. Use two forks to shred chicken fillets into smaller pieces. Combine shredded chicken with Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise, fresh parsley and tuna.
5. Prepare the coleslaw by combining green cabbage, grated carrots and Nola Ultra Creamy Mayonnaise. Mix until combined.
6. To assemble the burger: Spread Nola Hot Street Style Mayonnaise. Top the buns with lettuce, shredded chicken, cheese (optional) and coleslaw.
7. Enjoy.

Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti 🍝

Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package directions, usually around 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Drain.

While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring often, until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce. Simmer on low heat for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.

½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup grated zucchini
½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon zest, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Crockpot Christmas Crack
Ingredients :
16oz.Unsalted peanuts
16oz.Salted peanuts
1Bag Semi sweet chocolate chips
1Bag Milk chocolate chips
2Bags Peanut butter chips
2Packages of white chocolate bark or candy wafers
How To Make :
Place the peanuts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cover the peanuts with the peanut butter chips.
Add the semi sweet and milk chocolate chips.
Layer the white chocolate bark or wafers on the top.
Place the lid on the crockpot, and cook on low for 1 hour.
Remove the lid, stir the mixture well and place the lid back on to cook on low for another 30 minutes.
Stir the mixture again, and use a tablespoon to drop clusters of the mixture on pieces of parchment paper.
Allow the candy clusters to harden and set for several hours.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container. Candies can also be frozen for future use.
