The first day of practice teaching brought a wave of different emotions among the pre-service teachers, as excitement, nervousness, and determination filled their first official day in this important phase of training. Although many of them have already been exposed to classroom environments in previous activities, this moment marked a deeper level of responsibility as they began handling real classes, preparing lessons, and adjusting to the daily routines of teachers. It also served as the start of a journey where patience, passion, and commitment will be tested and strengthened in the weeks ahead.

On January 12, 2026, pre-service teachers from Northeastern Mindanao Colleges (NEMCO) will begin their practice teaching in different partner schools, marking an important phase in their preparation for the teaching profession. The internship, which will run until March 13, 2026, will allow them to apply what they have learned in real classroom settings while developing their skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement. As they take on this responsibility, may God bless them and guide them in every classroom they enter and in every learner they inspire.
