Easy Overnight Oats ❤

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon strawberry jam
1 sliced banana

Procedure:
Combine oats, milk and chia seeds. Then add honey. Mix well. Top with strawberry jam and banana. Chill for atleast 4 hours or overnight.

" Chicken ala Max "


📌 Poaching liquid:
1 whole garlic ( halved crosswise )
2 pcs onion ( quartered )
6 pcs bay leaf
6 cups of water
salt
ground pepper

1 whole chicken
fish sauce
ground pepper


🔹️Prepare the poaching liquid and let it boil for 5 minutes.
🔹️Add the chicken and cook over low-medium heat for 30 minutes.
🔹️Remove the chicken and allow the excess liquid to drip.
🔹️Brush with fish sauce and rub ground pepper all over the chicken.
🔹️Air-dry the chicken for atleast 3 hours.
🔹️Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

Oi-muchim ❤ ( Spicy Korean Cucumber side dish )

:
📌 2 pcs cucumber ( halved, sliced diagonally )
📌 2 cloves garlic ( minced )
📌 1 pc onion ( sliced thinly )
📌 2 stalks scallions
📌 2 tbsp soy sauce
📌 2 tsp chili flakes
📌 2 tsp sesame oil
📌 2 tsp sesame seeds ( roasted )
📌 1 tsp sugar ( optional )

:
📌 Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!

Grilled Paprika Chicken ❤


▪️2 spring chicken ( spatchcock )


▪️1 cup butter
▪️3 tbsp smoked paprika
▪️3 tbsp salt
▪️ground pepper
▪️2 heads garlic ( minced )
▪️olive oil


▪️Combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
▪️Add the marinade over the chicken, be sure they are coated thoroughly.
▪️Marinate overnight or atleast 3 hours.
▪️Grill chicken.

My version of Chinese Style Lemon Chicken ❤


📌For the marinade:
chicken
soy sauce
salt
ground pepper
brown sugar
beaten egg
cornstarch

📌For the sauce:
chicken stock
honey
brown sugar
cornstarch
minced garlic
ginger
lemon zest
lemon juice
salt
ground pepper


🥢 In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, salt, ground pepper, brown sugar and beaten egg. Mix until well-incorporated. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well. Let it chill for atleast 30 minutes inside the fridge.
🥢 Dredge the chicken in cornstarch then deep fry. Set aside.
🥢 In a pot, add chicken stock, honey, brown sugar, salt, ground pepper and cornstarch, minced garlic and ginger slices. Cook it over low heat until sauce has thickened.
🥢 Add lemon juice and zest and let it boil for a few minutes.
🥢 Remove ginger and garlic.
🥢 Toss chicken.
🥢 Serve and enjoy!

My homemade Iced Tea ❤


▪️8 cups water
▪️6 bags green tea
▪️1 cup honey
▪️2 pieces lemon
▪️ice cubes


📌Boil water in a pot. Then turn off heat.
📌Add tea bags and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
Then remove tea bags after.
📌Let it cool.
📌Add honey, lemon slices and ice.
📌Serve and enjoy!

My Veggie Egg Drop Soup ❤


📌 carrots
📌 onion
📌 celery
📌 green beans
📌 cabbage
📌 beaten eggs
📌 chicken stock
📌 slurry
📌 salt and pepper


📌 Bring chicken stock to a boil.
📌 Add carrots, onion and celery and cook for 5 minutes.
📌 Add green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
📌 Pour slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
📌 Season with salt and pepper.
📌 Add cabbage and slowly add beaten eggs. Stir to create fine strands of eggs.
📌 Serve and enjoy!

📌 ginger
📌 onion
📌 garlic
📌 chili
📌 olive oil
📌 light soy sauce
📌 ground pepper


▪️Saute ginger, garlic and onion and chilis.
▪️Add tuna and cooked until sauce is reduced.
▪️When the sauce has dried up, adjust the flame to medium-high heat.
▪️Add soy sauce and continue to cook until tuna is slightly crispy and toasted.
▪️Season with ground pepper.
▪️Serve with rice and enjoy! 😍😍
