This is a newly built 2-storey house perfect for a getaway with 4-fully furnished queen-sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This is also equipped with a double-burner stove and other cooking equipments so you can prepare your favorite meals.
The place is 62km away from the airport (about 1.2 hours drive).
There are markets, restaurants and other stores outside the subdivision where you can enjoy or buy your needs.

The house also has a balcony where you can fully enjoy the magnificent view of the area.

This place is in Santo Tomas, Batangas with the picturesque view of Mt. Makiling.
If you want to feel the fresh air from the mountains hush your face, this is definitely the place for you... perfect for bonding and relaxing... free from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of the city.

Solo adventurers, couples, families or even group of friends (max of 12) are welcome to stay in my place to experience the local life in the Philippines.
